I’m looking for an app where I can record time that a few events occur each day so that I can determine the average window for when that is most likely to occur in order to make some adjustments on out outdoor security system (long story). But for example, with the mail carrier. I want to start taking note in an app of what time he delivers our mail each day, so that after a few weeks I can determine the window in which he’s most likely to come. I know there are apps that are just daily diary apps where you can make note of these things but there are also apps for tracking dieting and other habits that show charts and calculate averages. I was just wondering if there was anything like that available that I could adapt for what I’m trying to do?

Check out Nomie. You can create a tracker called "mail" and tap it when mail arrives. You can then view a list of times mail came in the past or view the data in charts.
