System Memory tab -> VM Size
If you want to explore your VM, try the command line tool vmmap

[edit] -- nevermind, it appears in my rush to post a reply, i completely overlooked the fact you're probably talking aout Video Ram, sorry....nevertheless, i'll leave my original post in case it somehow helps someone else
