App for work report - no subscription

I'm still using an old versione of Billings, after that it got a subscription based software
At each Mac OS update I'm always worried about the fact that it can stop working since it doesn't get get updates

I'm looking for an app that let me track my time by project and send a report at the end of each month

I’ve used an online service called Harvest.
It’s free for a single user if you don’t have more than 2 projects at a time.
