App freezing with External Monitors LG 5k Ultrafine - on 11.3

Hi All, I have a MBP 13 - 2019 - 4 Thunderbolt - Intel i7 Quad core - and I am connecting my LG 5K Ultrafine through USB-C Thunderbolt. I am on 11.3 and I have had this issue for quite some time, and when the monitor is plugged some app sort of crash (loading without doing anything) and everything gets stuck, and as soon as I unplug the monitor, the app opens. If i then re-plug the monitor it seems working. I had to change also the USB-C Port because it seems to be working better with some port than other... This is total madness... Resolution is working fine but I think there is something wrong on how apple reads external displays in general.
