App Idea for iPad

Hope Apple releases an official app just like their Remote App for iPhone or even includes the functionality in the Remote App to control your iPad.

Imagine it's sitting there in it's dock on your countertop acting as a Picture Frame. Now you would like to hear some music instead. Load up with your iPhone the Remote App and choose what you would like to hear. Endless possibilities...

Since iphone apps all work on the ipad, you could simply download the Remote App from the App Store and use it on the ipad if you want.

I wonder if the music player on the iPad will be able to support the Remote app. It is designed to look a lot more like iTunes than the iPod app on iPhone. All the hardware is there so technically there should be nothing stopping it, short of Apple not implementing it (Which is probably the case).

You're right, I misread the post, I thought he wanted a remote app on the ipad to control another computer, but he wants the iphone remote app to control the ipad. My mistake.
