How about a 3D animation app, possibly as part of the iLife package. Now that they're making more "fun" motivated apps, like photobooth, they should at least make another version of their old drawing app (can't remember the name) and why not do an animation app, tied into iMovie and all the others?
They could call it... "Pixar".
