App in Mac App Store wont let me see the "install" option

I went to update evernote today and I got a message saying "to update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it." OK, so I don't remember my other account so I need to uninstall evernote. I used App Cleaner to remove it, yet when I went back to the Mac App Store it still says "update". I rebooted, and it still says update. Evernote is completely uninstalled from my Mac, yet all the App Store lets me do is see the "update" button for Evernote, which prompts me to login to my other account to update it, which I do not remember.

HELP!?
