App install retaining old data

I cannot sign out of an old account on Hulu so I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it seems to retain the old account info between deleting the app and reinstalling it.

I've tried deleting it from the home screen and also through settings but it's keeping the app data.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea of a solution?

As far as i know only a reset of the device.

I wish there would be a way to manage / delete entries from the keychain, which is not the case

You can go into your passwords under settings and edit/delete any you like.

Keychain Data is picked up from safari.. so I guess from the safari password settings?

I went into my saved passwords and updated the log in information but the app itself is still retaining the old app information.

Never had this problem before. I'll submit a bug report. Not sure if it's a bug or intentional though.

IIRC this could be due to the new offload app feature. Go to your settings, general, storage, and delete the app from there to actually remove the data as well as the app.

Thanks for the suggestion but I've tried that but it still retains my log in info when I install it again from the App Store.
