I have an iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 13.5.1. On my home screen I have all my apps in folders based on category. I have not yet installed iOS 14 but have plans to test the public beta when it release in july.

I have read that there will be a new feature called "App library", will that feature replace all my created app folders?

No.

It adds an additional “page” off to the right of all your other pages of app folders. You can hide any of your app pages (other than the first, i guess) and then access any app in the app library if you want. But it doesn’t effect your existing folders. (Other than it’s a little buggy right now and sometimes app icons disappear).
