Sometimes app opening/closing, control center animations becomes jerky.. like it opens fast than usual with no rubberbanding effect. Only solution I found is to restart it. I am on 9.2.1 and usually have only 4-5 apps (Settings/Mail/Notes), so I don't think its caused by low memory. Anyone else seen this happening?

I've had this happen on various devices going back to previous iOS versions. Like you said, the only way to fix it seems to be a restart.

From search it seems transition animation or transition effects have been randomly disappearing from at least iOS 7.

Control Center lag was fixed on iOS 9.3, just wait until it is released publicly. You'll notice the difference. Trust me.

This issue occurs on Metal-enabled devices possibly because Apple implemented Metal into the SpringBoard.

Granted it's only been one day, but I hopped on 9.3 b6 to try out night shift. Control centre and similar animations are now much smoother, comparable to what previously could only be achieved by toggling "reduce transparency"

I'm on ios 9.3 beta 6 on iPhone 6 and the animation are low and jerky ! iPhone 5s run beta 6 better than iPhone 6 .. :( .. Apple forgot iPhone 6 users..
