App or Google Map question

My friend has a ton of clients as a sale rep and she seems to do a lot of back tracking and her traveling just isn't optimized at all. She travels all over our state and in the next state over in a section. I think if she sat down and plotted all her clients out on a map she would streamline things, is there an app or would this be something that could be done in Google Maps?

Sounds like a Salesforce type of requirement but it probably won't be cheap. Maybe use that as a starting point to find alternatives that fit the budget.
