Two times

One was for cellular info by some casaba guy. It was $2.99 , I thought it was like field test mode and tell me what band my phone was connected to. It was just some stupid app that told me what was on apples website.

Two. I refunded an in app purchase for the Atari game pack. At the time there was no way to restore purchases and it wasn't fair that i had to pay for it on more then one device. So they gave me my money back, and I got to keep the games and restore them later on

Reason I ask is because I don't like requesting a refund to many times to seem like I am taking advantage of the system. I think I only got 3 refunds so far.

They changed the rules. I don't think you should stop, unless apple says something??? Maybe someone else with more refund experience can reply

Apps are not removed from your device. They continue to run

Apps will not restore from the cloud or itunes if you remove the app. If you delete the app, you can no longer restore the app from purchases..

Im not sure about this, but I thought apple would allow you to keep the app before , even to the point of it being in your itunes library / recent purchases, but it no longer offers this. When I deleted cellular info off of my ipad, I could never get it back.

I forget if I ever had cellular info in my itunes library. Its not there

Thanks. I always uninstall the app before requesting for a refund.

How many app refunds have you done ?

Only once, "Tabular" for the iPad. It's a guitar tab editor. I paid $9.99 for the full featured upgrade, and it crashed constantly. The lack of dev updates should have been a warning to me.

Apple should really remove any app not updated in the last year.

I agree.

"2/3 apps magically disappeared from appstore" :D

(which would be more than appreciated)
