is there a way I can play a custom voice recording as an alarm using an iPhone?

For example if I record a task list and set it as an alarm for the next morning - is this possible via an iOS app?

Also, taking it a step further - is it possible to play playlist as an alarm and can I record a custom voice recording as one of the 'tracks' on the alarm? or can Google Assistant (or Siri) do this?

You can do this in the stock iOS alarm app - set an alarm in the control settings ( Swipe from corner) and then select or create an alarm - then select in the edit mode < Sound < Pick a Song < playlist or song

For a custom voice alarm create a voice memo and import into music so it is available in the playlists

Thanks - but to import a voice memo into the Music app you need to download it into iTunes and then transfer it to a playlist right?

Would there be an app that simplifies/automates this process - ie record a memo and set a time for it to start playing? the ideal would be for me to record at night what I need to do tomorrow into a voice memo and set it to play as an alarm to wake me up
