Memory is limited on my laptop and I have tons of iPhone apps taking up space on my computer that I may or may not use on my phone.

How do you guys manage this? Can I / how do I remove local copies of apps and not worry about apps on my phone being affected? I think maybe I'm missing the obvious here.
