My son has an M1 Mac mini and he noticed a few months ago that it would not load up his App Store or Apple Music. I tried logging him out of everything and back in, and that didn’t help. Full shutdown and boot up didn’t help. I did some research on what caches to clear to get everything to refresh and never found an answer that way either. Eventually his macOS updates, and the problem went away.
Yesterday it reared its ugly head again, and I can’t figure out what happened. The apps come up fine, but the App Store just displays blank and the “Store” menu won’t even drop down to let me refresh manually. The Music app loads, but only with his local tracks and nothing from Apple Music.
Anyone seen this, and if so, do you know how to fix it?
