App Store country?

Hey how can I use the US App Store without changing the whole account to US? Can I just change the store?

You can’t, the country or region is set on your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/HT201389
In small letters at the bottom of the page, Apple gives you the solution
“* If you don't want to enter a payment method, wait until you're physically in your new country or region, then create a new Apple ID.” https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204034
