App store down?

New iPhone 4s is getting "can't access iTunes store" trying to download apps.

Not seeing purchase history either. iPad running iOS 5 is working fine.

Anyone else seeing this?

Working fine for me on the 4s. Able to download apps, view purchase history, etc.
