The App Store seems to be draining my battery. I've even made sure it was closed. Nothing is working. Using IOS 9.1. Any ideas?

Closing the Appstore app is not going to fix the problem. That App is designed to run in the background when necessary (such as when it is downloading an app). Do you have any apps that are stuck trying to download?

Thanks for the response. No, nothing is downloading or stuck.

I guess hard reboot should be able to solve the issue. Its stuck doing something since your standby and usage times are the same.

Logging out didn't help, but hard reboot may have. App Store percentage seems to be going down. At 66% for the last 24 hours when it's been at 75% and above for two weeks. Also, after I rebooted, a notification popped up saying a song couldn't be downloaded. A song I didn't even know was downloading. So, hopefully this fixes it. I miss having a battery! Thanks, everyone!
