App Store & iTunes Password required...

When using the Update All feature in the App Store; it also won't let me Touch ID to install previously downloaded apps, instead requiring my password. In iOS 8, this was available in Settings, but it's not there in 9. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Running 9.0.2 on an iPhone 6 with Restrictions off.

So is this when updating already installed apps, or when installing previously installed apps (via the "cloud" icon), or both/either? Does it do it all the time?
