I'm just wondering if this is something introduced with El Capitan or something I just noticed late.

Older operating systems I've had installed on my MacBook (Yosemite, Mavericks) are not available for download through the App Store. Mountain Lion (which I've purchased) does though.

App Store Version 2.9 (459)
OS X El Capitan 10.11.2

They’re all there for me, under purchased. Are you sure you are using the correct Apple ID and have not hidden them?

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not sure how you would even hide items in the App Store. Anyways, the problem seems to have resolved itself after a restart. I definitely was signed into the correct Apple ID. Maybe something to do with having just installed El Capitan (though that was yesterday), who knows.

Anyways consider this resolved! :)
