I was using an iPad earlier today and went to the Categories section in app store - I couldn't find an option to view top paid or top free apps in the specific category. (For example, viewing the top free games.) Anyone found out how?

Worse, I can't get it to show the subcategories. Like, games-card games.

Go to the Charts tab then you can select a specific category from the top left and see category specific charts.

Yeah the iPad App Store layout is not my favorite at the moment. For one thing there is no way to browse stuff that isn't featured or a top seller. Also as someone else said, there is one tab for categories but then if you want the top sellers in the category, you have to go to the charts tab.

I wish you'd go back to your last viewed page when starting the app store app. It's a pain downloading apps and having to click "show more" 5 times in between each one.
