App Store not showing all apps from developers

On Mojave 10.14.6 (18G2007), App Store doesn't show all apps from developers, it only shows 6 apps.
Here is an example:
Veenix, LLC as seen in Safari https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/veenix-llc/id382056472#see-all/mac-apps

Apps shown after clicking on Veenix, LLC in App Store

Searching for Veenix, LLC

Is there a view option I'm missing or a solution for this problem?

Am I the only one with this problem? It's not just for other developers, I only see 6 apps for Apple too.

Open https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/apple/id284417353#see-all/mac-apps in Safari and in App Store by clicking on Apple on an Apple app or with

tell application "App Store"
    open location "https://apps.apple.com/us/developer/apple/id284417353#see-all/mac-apps"
end tell

I see ALL Apple apps by inputting "Apple " in the App Store search field.

No. It's working as expected in High Sierra, but not working in Mojave and Catalina.
