Are they listed in order of download date? Or are they random? When listed on your iPhone?

I guess it is ordered by your purchase date. Some of my earlier purchased apps are at the bottom of my list.

It's random, the top of the list apps are not the most recently deleted apps

Basically it's all displayed in download/purchase order.
