well app store is finally out...now i been just surfing around looking at the apps/game ect...

i notice that lot people complain that 9.99 a game is too much...as for the apps most say that they charge to much for that app..hope apple reads all the reviews from itunes

what do you think on the app store prices on games/apps.fair or too much..

but after all it apple they always charge high.. hope they lower some down

hope demos/trial period will come for some games/apps before stuck buying it and not liking it..

The publisher/developer sets the price, period. Apple has nothing to do with it. This has been well-publicized since the initial announcement. If the price is too high, it won't sell, and the developer has the option to alter the price or not, their choice.

I think most devs are hurting themselves by not pricing lower. Tetris at 14.99 didn't sell so they made it 9.99, still high if you ask me.

Imagine how many iPhones would have tetris at 1.99, probably a million

Agreed. People will vote with their wallets.
