As you can see the App Store is showing that i have updates to do but i already did them and the icon doesn't disappear.

Some suggestion?

Have you tried closing the App Store app and opening it up again? Perhaps tapping on one of the tabs at the bottom of it (like the Update tab) 10 times which would reload the content within the app and refresh it? What about restarting your device?

I think it has something to do with the "update" setting in iTunes/App Stores, and also the use Cellular Data...

Did you update them through iTunes? There has been a bug for years that if iTunes updates the app on your device, the badge icon doesn't go away.

There are a few things you can do here. And yes, as above there is a bug, whereby if you use iTunes to update the apps then the badge can stick.

The way to clear this badge and the list, delete each one of the apps listed in this list... Re-download them and it should then clear it out. Oh and, if after updating, you want to clear the installed list of updated apps, simply set the date to at least 30 days in the future, and click back into the list, it will clear. Don't forget to set your date back once done.

FYI, only use the App Store update feature to update your apps, and not iTunes. This will circumvent a future repeat of the issue.

Good luck.

I always update the apps with the App Store, I rarely use the iTunes for something. Someone told me that if I plug the iPhone in iTunes it'll ask for iOS 9.2.1 that I already have in the iPhone.
I'll check if it works.

Thanks

There is a reason that iTunes is asking you to update to an already installed version. It's a bug fix version, same number but a slightly different build, to fix a few bugs found. It prevents the error 53 situation.
