I did a clean install of Lion on an eternal drive, nothing is installed except lion. But when I launch the AppStore it says that all of my apps are already installed even though they aren't or, well they are on the internal drive under snow leopard. I think I'm running 100% off of Lion; any way to reset this information?

You may try unmounting the Snow Leopard partition (if it's mounted) restart the App Store and try again.

Good though, I had not thought of that. It was odd, I was playing around with it and it was running applications from the internal drive; I thought that they were only installed under my user account on that drive thus I shouldn't have access to them. In fact when browsing to it, I didn't have permissions to access the directories.

I did give up a bit last night and migrated the user account over; that gave me 90% of my apps back the way they were... but I would have preferred to reinstall. :(
