Recently, my App Store stopped working. When I check the updates section, it says "No Updates Available". But my Xcode is only version 4.3, iMovie is 9.0.3, and Mountain Lion itself is only 10.8.3! Al of these can be updated, but it's not showing. Help me!

Can you sign-in and view your account in the Mac App Store itself?
First, I'd reboot and see if it starts working. If not, see if you have any hidden the updates by going to the menu bar > Window > Show Hidden Updates (note: if there are none hidden, this option will not be shown).
In the update window, CMD-R will refresh looking for updates. I found that this sometimes helps when updates aren't shown but available.
