I'm seeing many updates from the App Store pausing and not updating correctly after going to iOS9. And I'm seeing it on multiple devices.
The app will show the progress bar circle progressing and getting to the end where it is completed. But on the Homescreen I'll see this:

If I go back to the App Store I click on the completed progress circle and it will change to "Update". And the whole thing starts again. After multiple attempts it will "usually" update. I have in some instances had to try to delete the app on the Homescreen (which doesn't visually work) then after a reboot (hard or soft) the non-updating app will usually disappear. Then I have to re-download as if it was never on my phone. This process in varying forms has happened at least a dozen times since last week. It's something that has never happened top me before iOS9.
And after all that happens I'm left with things like this in Settings:

aNothing_066.PNG
And these do NOT disappear after a reboot (hard or soft).

I anyone else seeing this?
I'm seeing it on both an iPhone and iPad.

I've had a few that would end up like that every once in a while. Mostly during the iOS 9 betas, but once or twice with the final version as well.

Thanks, I may try that. I just tried resetting network settings on the phone, and will see if that fixed it first.
