App store updates frozen today?

Yesterday I updated to 11.1.1 and was abke to update apps no issue. Today, trying to update one app and it's frozen on beginning the update. Also I'm unable to check for iOS updates. Everything worked fine last night. Checked apples system status page and it reports no issues. Anyone else having these issues?

I can only ceck manually for updates and sometimes i can’t download new app (downloat start after almost 10 minutes, ask me apple password and fingerprint)

Just noticed my Apple watch has completely drained. Took it off the charger at 10am. There's definitely serving wonky going on. Force rebooted the watch and put it on the charger. Did the same with the phone and now the apps are updating. Must be related.

I noticed yesterday there was no progress shown on an update and then all of a sudden it was done. I thought frozen but??
