App store won't update apps on Macbook Pro

I've tried searching google for fixes, including signing out on the app store, removing the cache, and restarting the computer but nothing's fixed the issue of being unable to update apps and getting this popup

This happened a couple of weeks ago and simply signing out and signing back into the app store fixed it, but no such luck now. Anyone know what the issue is?

I'm running OS X Mojave 10.14.6

Same here on my MBPr 2012 with OS X 10.14.6 in Germany
