I’m running IOS 11 on the new 10.5 iPad Pro and have a handful of apps stuck in Waiting while greyed out. I’m unable to delete them on the iPad or via iTunes. Any ideas?

Just some background, I upgraded to the beta from IOS 10 and restored from my retired 9.7 backup running IOS 11.

From memory this is the location:

Go to Settings > General > iPad storage and wait for the app list to populate.

Then scroll to the bottom and the greyed out Apps should be there listed with a few k in size.

Tap each on then hit reinstall (or delete if you don't want them). They should install and work fine.
