App switcher landscape bug?

with my iPhone 7 not plus in landscape on messages app or WhatsApp etc going into app switcher the apps will appear half size and in portrait mode for a split second then go into landscape orientation.
I've tried loads of resets restores updated it all the same only way I have found to stop it is to in general, accessibility , accessibility shortcuts and enable one and then the bug will stop
Does anyone else have this thanks

I tried this tip and it has transformed my 7 plus into the super smooth device it should have been.
Was my only complaint with the phone and now super smooth everywhere I look.
Admittedly it does lag a little but the way it looked before was a complete joke especially for an IOS device.
This will do me until Apple hopefully fix this issue.
Once again Thank You you are a genius Ha Ha.
