Does anyone know how many apps the app switcher (cmd + tab) will display? I have a bunch of apps open at a time and feel like it only displays a handful. Also, cmd + Q doesn’t kill the app. Instead it removes it from the app switcher; kind of like that feature to be honest! Was curious if anyone else noticed this.

The command tab app switcher shows me 8 apps plus the Home Screen
The multi window view (also called app switcher) is currently having 46 app instances + 1 slide over view

I’m on IPadOS 15 beta with an M1 iPad Pro

It feels limiting to have apps at only 8 in the app switcher. I hope they increase this.
