App switcher problem

The app switcher on my iPhone 8 is stuck on the first page.
When I try to switch between the apps, they move below the stuck page.

I try that, it didn’t help. When opening new apps it’s happening agin

If none of that works, then perhaps try resetting all settings or even reinstalling?
