So I've witnessed the permutations over the last several versions, including versions that suffered from memory leaks and more battery drain than others.
really?

that sounds like something i mentioned as a problem after i thought you said ..
You guys complaining that ProSwitcher is using extra juice are Either using ProSwitcher constantly and then leaving it invoked, maybe, or have something else wrong with your phone.
These sound like definite terms, either or, which was my initial problem.
Instead of suggesting actual solutions to the problem, you decided on these 2 possible reasons.
If installed correctly, it shouldn't cause any significant battery drain by itself.
So if there was a problem in installation...? much like i pointed out?
I did state it more politely, not at all implying that you were incompetent.
What is not incompetent about complaining over a battery issue when a possible problem could be leaving pro-switcher invoked constantly?
More importantly, the number of apps currently backgrounded is not directly related to the battery drain of ProSwitcher. In fact, the number of apps backgrounded is quite closely related to the battery drain indirectly caused by Backgrounder; put another way, having the ability to background apps in the first place can lead to increased battery drain.
No one is contesting that backgrounding apps uses more battery power, this is obvious.
Again, "no," however, you are in the minority.
Again, you state that people having pro-switcher problems are in a minority, with no actual evidence, just an assumption due to you having little exposure to the possible complaints. Why say it if you don't
know.
Again, "no," however, it "definately" has very little chance of degrading battery life by itself
Quoting me saying definitely when i was referring to your definitive post doesn't really make too much sense in your sentence. Something that is definitely very unlikely sounds rather silly don't you think.
It is also a 'very little' but real possibility that you didn't point out.
Its great you know so much about it, but its also a shame you had to post such a short, mis-informed comment, most of which you corrected taking some kind of jib at me.
Even though you deny it, I still say you refused to list those possible problems. Even though you confirmed some as possibilities, you clearly didn't write anything about them originally ... just your infallible statements of it working fine for you, and it should for all. You must see the difference between that and your follow up!
