App that imports images for coloring

I'm looking for an app like Pigment that will let me import images (from Photos or Camera) and allow me to color them. Imports would mostly be outline drawings (think kids coloring book).

Pigment does this but only with a subscription. I want something of the quality of Pigment but with a one-time purchase. It does not have to provide any images.

Does it exist?

Guess most photo editors has a "fil" function,not sure how advanced stuff you want,though.

I have Pixelmator but I need something simpler that just focuses on coloring.

Also have Paper, which works but it's not as elegant as Pigment for this type of stuff.

Try looking up various drawing apps,i dont use these myself,but I would give it a try if I where you.
