App that lets you shutdown/reboot/start your home PC remotely?

You could do it with TeamViewer.

But once you've restart/rebooted your computer you won't be able to access the computer again.

Alternatively, you could try a VNC client?

Then I use an app called off remote to turn off my comp there is a free version to try http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/off-remote-free/id314814952?mt=8

Hipporemote will do it. Just to be clear there is no app that will power on a computer from a complete off state. They just wake the computer from sleep via WOL with a magic packet. I use it for my htpc and it works great.
