Do you mean battery wear? If so, I don't know of a good iOS app but coconutBattery for Mac is usually the one suggested around here for checking connected iOS device battery info.

I think just taking the phone out of your pocket and looking at it under a good light will give you a good idea. Not sure how an app is going to know the wear level of your device.

Battery Life Doctor is pretty good. It tells you battery capacity, voltage and history. The ads are a bit annoying but at least it’s free.
