app to add email attachments

funnily enough I've only just come across this problem!!

lets just say someone send me a document via email. I open the document, make a few edits, save it and then want to email it back....it seems I can't.

or if I create a document, then want to attach to an email...same thing

Is there an app that will allow me to do this?

The application that you use to edit the document would have to include email options within itself. Other applications cannot read across the filesystem to get the edited document due to the sandboxing on the device.

Unless you've found a way to run Automator on an iPhone I don't think that'll help...
