App to call a phone number at a certain time

If I have someone in my office and have trouble getting them to leave...

If I know they are coming at 3:00pm and want them out by 3:30pm, is there an app where I can set the time at 3:30pm and my iphone will dial my office phone? Or have my iPhone ring at 3:30pm? Should I just use my iPhone alarm and act like it's a phone call?

I don't believe there is an app for that.

What about asking a friend or coworker to call you at the specified time?

There are some "fake call" apps with timers in the App Store but I don't know of one to recommend.
