app to control outlets

I haven't found anything like this yet but wouldn't it be cool if there was an app that could control things plugged into an electrical outlet (lights, fans, etc...) Surely, it could be done with wireless or something. just a thought.

it uses zwave for the outlet and light controls so you can just use the Total Control app as it is a one time cost.
