App to De-Dupe Photos?

For some reason, my Mac Mini Photos app often thinks that all of the photos on my iPhone 8S are "new" and re-imports them. I've got 4 or 5 copies of the same photos. I've seen many apps for de-duping photos, but I thought you all might have a favorite.

Any suggestions?
