iPhone App to download Instagram photos/videos ?

Hi

I tried many many apps that lets me download photos/videos off of Instagram, but all of them come with annoying ads and most of them do not even work

I used to have an app on my iphone 7 plus where i had to make an in-app purchase for it to be able to download unlimited times through it but sadly i forgot the name

Anyone got any app that does the same thing ? I prefer one that is a paid app to get rid of adds and give extra stuff.
