Every time a customer signs a contract and pays a deposit I get a PDF receipt with their contact information on it. Name, phone, email, address, city, zip code.
I have to enter each of those different pieces of contact information multiple times into three different fillable PDF permit applications. One of those PDFs requires the name three times, another requires the address four times, they all require the phone number three times. This could be a time consuming pain having to manually copy and then paste each piece of information into each PDF multiple times.
Is there any app for Mac OS X (or iPadOS) which would allow me to copy and paste that block of contact information into one spot and then the app would fill each piece of info into the proper location? Something that I would set up once and then it would be smooth sailing.
