iPhone App to keep screen off when power connects?

Anyone know of an app to keep the screen off when docking or connecting power to the iPhone?

A mild annoyance but late at night when I come to bed I dock the phone. There is an annoying sound (I fixed this using a JB tweak) and the phone lights up flooding the room with light.

The second issue I can't seem to fix.
