So, just a guess -- and very possible that the developer used XCode, assuming that app was developed on a Mac, which would be another guess. I don't have to go out on a limb to say that.

So since it seems it works on an iPad, we can say that it was built in Xcode. If we want to make such an application to work on android, what application should be used?
