But, I guess you are asking what app was used to create the app that is being demonstrated.
It's on a youtube page -- have you tried contacting the poster - Allison Fors? There's a contact page, too.
Maybe you can ask for info from there?

It's an American idiom, meaning that you are offering an opinion or a suggestion with few facts to support it.
So, just a guess -- and very possible that the developer used XCode, assuming that app was developed on a Mac, which would be another guess. I don't have to go out on a limb to say that. :cool:

So since it seems it works on an iPad, we can say that it was built in Xcode. If we want to make such an application to work on android, what application should be used?
Are there applications that can built apps for both iOS and Android so that its not needed to make the app twice?

Something like that app could be easily made in a visual game engine like Construct 3 or GDevelop.
