app to play music from external HD?

Is there an app to play music from external HD? I thought I saw one before.

Sort of like a DropBox|iDisk but with the ability to play music from an external drive.

with wifi or 3 g use airvideo or zumocast or mecanto (for music). ive found all three good and reliable.
