You won't find an app for that, but it's possible to record calls.

Just tap add a call to the conversation, and call yourself, then merge the calls. A recording of the call should come into the voice messages after the calls have ended.

I find it fastest if you put yourself in favorites, then you don't need to dial your number, you just tap your name once.

If you want an app, youll have to wait along with the rest of us. for now theres a great 3rd part solution by recordiapro that sets your phone up to record incoming and outgoing calls selectively and then accessible as mp3 files.

Some states have laws prohibiting the recording of phone calls without consent of both parties. Due to laws like that, an app probably won't be available, at least in the US App Store, since they have no way of knowing you'll get consent to record the call.

In some states it's illegal to take pictures in certain places without permission. By your logic, Apple should get rid of the Camera app, since they have no way of knowing you'll get permission to take certain pictures.
