App to replace vibrate toggle on phone?

Alright so i got an iphone 3g thru lost and found, and the toggle on the left that turns everything completely silent is missing / it fell off. Is there any app ( Jailbroken or Applestore) that i can get to replace the functionality that button had? Its annoying not being able to put it into vibrate mode!

Maybe there's a warranty on it. Try brining it to Apple.
