App to route application audio to different devices

I'm looking for recommendations for software which will allow routing of application audio to different and separate audio devices. For example, I have Mac mini's built-in audio device and a USB audio dongle. I would like to route Chrome to the USB device, and everything else to the built-in device.

Thought I've seen something like this in the past, but can't recall the name...
